I started in tech over 20 years ago. Back then “cybersecurity” and “cloud” weren’t even words. I’ve seen the creation of remote work, smartphones, social media, and SaaS apps. During those times of change, my job changed. My customers cared about new things and I had to learn new skills. However, it was relatively easy to keep up with the pace of change and strategically embrace the advancements.

This time things are different.

I’ve been working on a proof of concept with OpenClaw on a Mac mini.

The setup is simple, the training is a bit laborious. But the capability is off-the-charts.

This is going to be my business machine, I built an agent team of 16 with specifically designed agentic roles to be my execution arm. With this setup I intend to create a business factory.

For guys like me with almost 2 decades of entrepreneurship, this machine and my knowledge workers is the ultimate leverage to take an idea to proof-of-concept in days. (sometimes hours)

For example, I packaged my knowledge of notes from over the years and had my agentic team build me a working delivery system. (website, emails, delivery links, stripe integration, and funnel)

It produced this in a few hours: products.jaredpeno.com

I did no coding, no technical work, and no design work. It built the strategy, the delivery systems, and manages the funnel. I took an idea with years of knowledge and experience and was able to package it for sale in a few hours.

That’s why I think this is a game changer.

Ordinary people with vast amounts of experience and creativity are going to be able to develop and deploy offers for others that wouldn’t normally leave their notebook.

Now, in my brief window of experimentation, I don’t believe this is ready for serious work in the enterprise yet, nor any business that is highly regulated, but I do think it offers an incredible opportunity for average people to become successful in a very short amount of time.

Agentic armies are coming for most knowledge work and will be deployed in big business, but I don’t think the tech is quite ready for prime time yet. Unfortunately, the change of pace is hyperbolic, so unlike the early 2000’s, the average worker doesn’t have time to adapt.

It’s here, and it’s important that it has your attention. Now is the time to take advantage of an amazing opportunity.

Over the next few weeks, I will be rolling out more information on my build. I will also be sharing how to make your own and special discounts on products that can shortcut your way to my stage.

Until next week,

—Jared
