You already know you need to be using AI. I'm not going to convince you of that. But I think where you're stuck is the same place I was stuck a month ago, which is where do I even start and how do I make this thing actually useful?

So let me just tell you what I built and maybe it clicks for you.

I have an AI chief of staff. I call it Ally (btw, she tweets)and wrote about my experience a couple weeks ago. Every morning at 7am it sends me a full briefing. My calendar, my inbox, what's urgent, what can wait. It knows my priorities. It knows what I care about. I don't ask it anything, it just shows up and tells me what I need to know.

But that's just the morning. Throughout the day it's drafting content for my social media in my actual voice, following up with clients, triaging emails, prepping me for meetings before I walk in the door.
